Mini Bar AttendantWe are looking for Mini Bar Attendant to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand's flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel.Job DescriptionJOB OVERVIEW:The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining, stocking, and managing minibar services in guest rooms to the highest luxury hospitality standards. This role ensures accuracy, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail while delivering a seamless guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRestock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standardsInspect minibar items for quality, freshness, and correct presentationAccurately record minibar consumption and charges using the hotel's systemEnsure pricing, product selection, and inventory levels meet brand standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of minibar units and storage areasReport missing, damaged, or expired items promptlyCoordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure room readinessHandle minibar-related guest inquiries professionally and discreetlyFollow all health, safety, and hygiene regulationsMaintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all timesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
