Elegant Treatz is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our onsite team in Plano, TX.
Position SummaryAs a Baker at Elegant Treatz, you will prepare high-quality baked goods from scratch, ensuring consistency, freshness, and excellent presentation. You’ll work in a fast-paced production environment and help bring our customers’ favorite treats to life every day.
This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll follow established recipes, support daily production needs, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduce baked items according to standardized recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality expectations
Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with restocking supplies to support daily production
Maintain accurate production timelines to meet demand and prioritize special orders as needed
Ensure the baking area is clean and follows food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with basic prep tasks and equipment care to support smooth operations
Experience in baking or food preparation in a production setting
Ability to follow recipes and established procedures with attention to detail
Willingness to work onsite full-time in Plano, TX
Strong reliability and ability to meet daily production demands
Basic understanding of food safety and safe handling practices
Prior experience working in a bakery, café, or restaurant kitchen
Experience producing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, or desserts
Familiarity with production organization, labeling, and inventory handling
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality
Hourly rate: $18.00
