Tax Accounting Manager

Corporate Tax Accountant
Our client is a manufacturing company in Bergen County looking for a corporate tax accountant. Responsible for the company's tax compliance in accordance with federal and state laws. Responsibilities:
- Experience preparing corporate tax returns
- A firm understanding of section 382 and Net Operating Loss carryforward
- Experience Sales & Use tax and property tax filings
- Federal and State tax return filing and tax provision analysis
- Experience with SAP software and SOVOS
- Highly organized, self-driven, strong attention to detail, proven problem solving skills
Requirements:
- B.S in accounting/finance
- 5+ years experience in corporate tax
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site everyday
