Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred Position Overview ZAI is seeking a Mid-Level Navy Analyst to provide Financial Analysis, ERP, and Program Execution Support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Office of Customer Advocacy. Candidates with an active security clearance and experience with Navy ERP (N-ERP) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis, Reporting, Reconciliation, and Decision Support (N-ERP) Provide financial analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and decision-support services using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP). Responsibilities include: Create, maintain, and analyze basic project structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Network Activities (NWA). As authorized by the Government, create, modify, and manage NWA structures to support financial execution, reporting, and visibility of commitments, obligations, expenditures, actual costs, and other relevant financial data. Use applicable N-ERP transactions to perform recurring financial queries, reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and data exports. Applicable transactions include, but are not limited to:

CJI3 CJI5 Apply knowledge of N-ERP transaction purposes, available data fields, and data relationships to correlate and reconcile financial information across N-ERP reports, NEPS, other Government-provided systems, and source documentation. Create and maintain authorized N-ERP transaction layouts and variants to improve the efficiency, consistency, repeatability, and usability of financial data queries, exports, and reports. Run and analyze financial, planning, execution, and operations reports to identify: Funding status Execution trends Variances Commitments Obligations Expenditures Actual costs Incomplete records Inactive funding actions Duplicate entries Data discrepancies Potential execution risks Document financial discrepancies, anomalies, data limitations, assumptions, and unresolved issues; develop recommended corrective actions; and coordinate findings with designated Government personnel for review and disposition. Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets, documents, trackers, and other analytical products using Microsoft Excel and/or other Microsoft Office products to support financial planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting, and management activities. Analyze financial data to identify execution trends, funding status, variances, commitments, obligations, expenditures, actuals, and potential execution risks. NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Support Provide NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) support for funding planning and execution activities. Responsibilities include: Create, edit, maintain, and manage Task Planning Sheets (TPSs) in support of program funding execution. Ensure TPS data accurately reflects documented funding requirements, planned allocations, execution plans, and authorized funding actions. Review and validate TPS entries for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with sponsor funding documents and Government direction. Coordinate updates and revisions to TPSs resulting from funding modifications, amendments, rephasing actions, or other approved changes. Reconcile relevant data among NEPS, N-ERP, and source documentation. Identify discrepancies or unresolved issues and provide findings to the Government for review and disposition. G-Invoicing (G-INV) and Funding Execution Support Provide analytical and administrative support associated with G-Invoicing (G-INV) and funding execution. Responsibilities include: Apply working knowledge of G-INV and its role in the funds-execution process to support Government financial management activities. Assist with the review, cleanup, reconciliation, and closeout of funding documents and related records. Support the identification and processing of potential de-obligation requirements, as directed by the Government. Assist with reconciliation and disposition of inactive records, including: Inactive 2193 requests Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) records Related financial documentation Maintain supporting documentation and trackers necessary to enable Government review of open, aging, inactive, or completed funding actions.
