Delivery Driver

Warehouse Inventory SpecialistReceive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory. Delivery Driver Responsibilities will be required for this role as well.Typical Functions:Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers' instructions.Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.May perform assembly duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDWork Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pmCompensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience.Additional Information:Steel toed boots required.Class E license required and must pass DOT medical exam.Why should you join Cape Electrical Supply?The company has specialized in providing a high level of service and a large available product offering of the industry's leading brand names.
