Required Skills:

• MD or DO withBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Valid Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven experience in labor and delivery management
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics cases
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Previous locum or temporary staffing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience or similar clinical background
• Current state medical license in Indiana or ability to obtain quickly

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to start on 12/31/2025
• Flexibility to work shift hours as assigned
• Must hold or be able to acquire required certifications and licenses
• Competitive hourly pay rate of $214.50
