Assistant Property Manager

Overview Assistant Property Manager (APM) will be a key member of the high‑energy community with 160 apartment homes in Lebanon, NH. The APM will work with Property Manager to oversee daily activities such as leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, office administration and policy compliance, while ensuring tenant satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Primary Responsibilities Lead by example, embodying Dolben's core values and culture. Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and delinquency management. Conduct sales and marketing, including resident tours that generate new leases. Build brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions. Coach, mentor, and inspire team members. Step in and lead when Property Manager is absent. Qualifications College degree (preferred). 1‑3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail. Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus). Sales aptitude.
