Structural Engineer Project Manager

AE Dynamics is looking for enthusiastic licensed structural engineers with a passion for problem-solving to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct structural analysis of low to mid-rise buildings and façade systems while supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. You will also mentor junior staff, guiding them in developing technical skills and career growth. Assisting senior engineers and project managers with project management tasks will be an integral part of your responsibilities, ensuring that designs align with project goals and timelines. In addition to technical tasks, you will coordinate schedules between engineering and drafting teams, promoting efficiency across departments. Quality assurance and control (QAQC) oversight will be essential to maintain our high standards. Active participation in industry trainings, seminars, and workshops is encouraged, with the expectation that you will share insights with the team to foster ongoing learning and innovation. Job Requirements: Structural Engineering Degree and passed FE exam OR Registered Professional Engineer 4-10 years of industry experience Experience with AutoCad Experience with Revit Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide a high level of client service and engineering ethics Duties & Responsibilities: Perform, document, and coordinate structural analysis of both primary structures and building facade systems Produce project documents (drawings, specifications, and calculation packages) Perform construction administration (submittal review, RFI responses, site visits, and general contractor assistance) Perform structural special inspection services (visual inspections) Learn new skills under the direction of Senior Engineers and Project Managers Application Process: Email your resume to us.
