Baptist Health is recruiting an RN - Charge Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit at Baptist Medical Center South. You will facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate daily patient care during the first shift, mentoring staff and ensuring adherence to nursing processes and hospital standards. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS, and at least one year of staff nurse experience; BSN is preferred. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to infection control and #J-18808-Ljbffr
