The Job: We are seeking an experienced Hydro Excavation Operator tosafely operate hydro excavation equipment and expose underground utilities. Theideal candidate has 3-5 years of hydro excavation experience, a valid CDL,Class A and TWIC card, and a strong commitment to safe work practices. The rolerequires travel to job sites and flexibility to work overtime, weekends andon-call shifts. Responsibilities: Operate hydro excavation equipmentsafely and efficiently Expose underground utilities usingprecise potholing techniques Help set up work sites, includingtraffic control and utility locates Remove and dispose of soil anddebris appropriately Complete daily equipmentinspections, cleaning and routine maintenance Follow company and site safetyrequirements; report incidents promptly Keep accurate work and equipmentlogs Qualification and Competencies: 3-5 years of hydro excavationexperience Valid CDL, Class A and TWIC card Clean motor vehicle record Additional endorsements are anasset Mechanical aptitude and ability totroubleshoot minor equipment issues Able to work outdoors, lift up to50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Clear communication with crewmembers, supervisors and clients OSHA 10-hour construction safetycertification is an asset; willingness to obtain required certifications Candidate must be local to Freeportor Houston area Why Work for RJ MacLean?
