Description Position Summary Westhaven Golf Club has full-time and part-time Dishwasher positions available. Flexible schedules are offered. The dishwasher job involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and equipment, emptying trash, and maintaining a clean work area. Key responsibilities include scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes into a dishwasher, hand-washing pots and delicate items, and putting away clean dishes and utensils. Dishwashers also perform other cleaning and sanitation tasks, and may assist with basic food preparation. Essential Functions Washing and sanitizing: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using a commercial dishwasher or by hand. Loading and unloading: Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the machine, and unload and put away clean items in their proper storage locations. Maintaining cleanliness: Keep kitchen floors swept and scrubbed, and ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and orderly. Waste disposal: Remove trash from bins and clean them as needed. Supply management: Maintain the correct amounts of detergents and rinse agents and report any issues with the dishwashing machine to a supervisor. Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience working in a restaurant preferred. Physical Demands Typical hospitality environment Frequently standing and walking during events and meetings Typically requires routine use of personal computer and general office equipment Some lifting up to 50 lbs.
