Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

What You’ll Do Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently Passion for helping children and families Strong communication and teamwork skills Position Details Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs Hours are not guaranteed Start Date: Immediate openings available pending onboarding and background check RBT Career Path Program A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level Make an Impact Every Day Make a positive and unforgettable impact in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder.
