Line CI Lead — Lean Improvement for 24/7 Production

Dessert Holdings in Humble, TX is seeking a Line Continuous Improvement Lead to join the line-centric leadership team. You will drive Lean/CI initiatives, lead Kaizen events, and use data to improve line performance across shifts. You will train operators, collaborate with Engineering, R&D and Quality, and help deploy the Manufacturing Operating System. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and prior manufacturing supervisory experience are preferred; Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lawler Foods
