Your continued interest in our organization is greatly appreciated.Responsible for leading a team of engineers in all engineering efforts for assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while guaranteeing design compliance with all project specifications and requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading a team of cross-functional engineers to accomplished assigned projectsResponsible for leading all engineering efforts for a project or projects on time and budgetReview customer specifications and requirements to ensure design and development is compliant Monitor and provide budget, cost, and schedule status for assigned projectsCommunicate clearly (written and oral) with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with program management and participate in the preparation of project proposalsCoordinate closely with engineering management to appropriately resource assigned projectsWork with technicians, support personnel, and others to align technical activities and progressSupport, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experienceMastery of technologies and domain knowledgeExpected to have knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines enough to lead engineers on the project teamU.S. Citizenship required.
