Medical Care Coordinator for Developmental Support
ACLD
ACLD seeks a Medical Coordination Specialist in Roslyn Heights, NY, to enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves the oversight of medication, attendance at medical appointments, and personal care assistance. Candidates must possess strong communication and reasoning skills, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Certifications related to medication administration will be required after hire.
