Sierra Honda of Monrovia is looking for Service Advisors that can perform at a fast pace in a demanding work environment. We need experienced Service Advisors that can maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle the high volume of traffic.
Automotive Service Advisor:- As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible to meet and greet service customers promptly in a timely manner.
- Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify the customer's service needs.
- Check on the progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost estimate, promised delivery time, or recommended services.
