Charter Senior Living is looking to fill our 1st shift Part-time for Every Other Weekend. We are seeking our next all-star Caregiver with assisted living or memory care experience!

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support resident care plans and individualized needs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Document care and services provided
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
- Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
Qualifications
- Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
- Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life
