Day to day, that means building reports and PowerPoint decks for senior leaders, writing meeting recaps, keeping project communications and business numbers organized, and making sure information flows between teams. You'll also review contracts and cost proposals and analyze business trends to help forecast revenue and expenses. This role is a strong fit if you're an Excel and PowerPoint power user who is detail-oriented, comfortable supporting leadership, and good at turning data into clear updates.RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide service planning and administrative support• Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization• Provide project support, including documentation, report generation, creating PowerPoint presentations, and meeting recaps• Prepare reports (supporting role) for senior leadership• Support strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for team targets• Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field required• 2–4 years of experience required• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, data visualization, and reporting, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expensesMUST HAVE• Business Analysis• P&L Management• Root Cause Analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
