Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Maintain the highest professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in line with established guidelines from relevant professional associations. \n
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet clients’ specific backgrounds and needs. \n
- Participate actively in weekly staff meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and contribute to the collaborative treatment planning process. \n
- Utilize electronic health record systems to efficiently document client progress notes and treatment outcomes immediately following sessions. \n
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned, which may include community outreach or participation in special projects that enhance the scope of services offered. \n
Our client population primarily comprises individuals from college communities who seek support for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role will focus on providing tailored interventions that promote psychological well-being and personal growth, as well as equipping clients with healthy coping mechanisms.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. \n
- Possession of a valid, independent license to practice as a mental health professional in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT). \n
- Demonstrable ability to complete documentation and progress notes efficiently, supporting both clinical and organizational goals. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting. \n
Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, as proficiency with virtual tools can significantly enhance client engagement. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that cater to young adults can further enrich your contributions to our team.
