Description
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients within inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
  • Work closely with a diverse team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about therapy objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercise recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress following institutional and regulatory protocols.

Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Certifications
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Preferred: CPR certification
