Clinic Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinic Office Coordinator, also referred to as a Medical Office Coordinator or Clinical Administrative Coordinator. The Clinic Office Coordinator will work under the general supervision of the Clinic Office Manager; this role helps coordinate clinic staff and daily office operations to support a smooth and efficient clinic environment. The Clinic Office Coordinator will assist physicians, medical staff, clinic leadership, patients, visitors, and vendors while helping with training, reporting, meeting preparation, and department processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations and staff workflow
• Orient and train new staff members
• Track and report operational activity
• Follow department policies, procedures, and instructions
• Assist with medical staff meeting preparation
• Support physicians and clinic leadership with daily office needs
• Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff, hospital management, department staff, patients, visitors, and vendors

Qualifications

1. Associate Degree in medical office management or related field desired. 2. Registered or certified medical assistant preferred. 3. Equivalent level of knowledge and experience required. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. 5. Third party reimbursement knowledge preferred. 6. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. 7. Customer service oriented.
