If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic prioritiesRequired Skill and Experience• Experience in Incident handling methodologies — NIST or equivalent framework awareness• Cyber incident lifecycle understanding — end-to-end awareness from detection to closure• Cyber Incident Management & Coordination Coordinate across SOC, Incident Response, and business teams. • Executive communication and reporting — translating technical events into leadership language• Experience in Regulatory and compliance reporting — experience with governance or oversight reporting obligations• Stakeholder management — coordinating across IR teams, leadership, vendors, and legal/privacy• Experience in Documentation discipline — playbook maintenance, runbooks, structured record keeping• Experience in ITSM tooling — Jira or equivalent incident tracking and workflow platform• Use Jira for ITSM-based incident tracking. Maintain accurate incident records, status updates, and escalation trails throughout the incident lifecycle.• ITIL or ITSM process framework experience• FHFA or financial services regulatory reporting experience• TTX facilitation or planning experience• Familiarity with vulnerability management concepts• Insider threat program awareness• Experience with third-party risk or vendor incident managementPreferred Skill and Experience• Case management — Times or equivalent SOAR/workflow automation platform• Experience and Exposure to Cybersecurity knowledge• On-Call and Extended Coverage Participate in weekend on-call rotation. During high-severity or lengthy incidents, additional time beyond standard hours may be required. Compensatory time off is provided in return.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
