Project Manager

Placed is working with an established General Contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a major construction project in Kansas City. This is a site based role where you'll act as the key company representative on the project, taking ownership of delivery and working closely with the client, subcontractors and wider project team. The role will include: Managing the project from planning through construction and closeout Acting as the primary on site point of contact Managing subcontractors and coordinating project teams Overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement and project documentation Managing RFIs, submittals and change orders Monitoring project progress, costs and key milestones Working closely with field leadership to resolve issues and keep the project moving Maintaining strong client relationships throughout delivery Ensuring quality and safety expectations are maintained What we're looking for: Experience independently managing projects and subcontractors Comfortable taking ownership and being the key representative on site Strong client facing and communication skills Experience on technically complex or mission critical projects is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
