Lead Process Engineer - Injection Molding & Lean Innovation

HotRun Inc.

HotRun Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our injection molding processes. You will report to the Plant Manager, drive continuous improvement, and set standards for tooling and manufacturing strategies. You will mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets, and apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce costs while improving quality and safety.
