Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. No on‑call or weekend requirements.
Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to provide counseling services in IOP and outpatient programs. The position is open to LPC candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Facilitate IOP and psychoeducational groups.
Document client progress and update treatment plans.
Collaborate with the clinical and multidisciplinary team.
Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
Assist with discharge planning and referrals.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations.
Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Arizona LPC license.
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Behavioral health and/or substance use experience preferred.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapy and group facilitation.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
EHR experience.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
