Description:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room settings.
The position requires current certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS.
Charge experience is preferred.
Experience in handling a patient ratio of 4:1 is required.
Familiarity with Epic charting system is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Community Hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I or II will be prioritized.
Travel experience is a plus.
The role includes responsibilities such as management of abdominal pain, acute psychosis, and IV sedation.
Nurses will manage a variety of conditions including respiratory infections and traumatic injuries.
The Emergency Room has a daily census of approximately 97 patients.
Candidates should be prepared to work with a diverse patient population spanning all age groups.
Ideal candidates will possess skills in triage, patient assessments, and emergency procedures.
