Location: Webster, TX
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM12:00 PM
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Full-Time Preferred

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a Receptionist for a local property management company in Webster.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist residents and visitors with general questions and requests
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain organized records and files
• Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and organized
• Basic computer and office skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time candidates will be considered
