Caniglia Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for residential and light commercial customers throughout the Omaha area.

This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and building lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.

Pay: $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
