Vaco has partnered with a growing global manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support high-level Accounting, Finance, and Legal hiring. This is a hands‑on sourcing role focused on Senior Manager, Director, VP, and executive-level searches. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools. Recruit for senior Accounting, Finance, and Legal positions. Manage 15-20 active requisitions simultaneously. Partner with hiring leaders to drive hiring strategy and decisions. Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience. Strong experience recruiting senior-level Accounting and Finance talent. Workday Recruiting experience required. Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
