Medical Records Technician (Office Automation)

Duties
Help
Maintain and files medical records utilizing the terminal digit filing system.
Report overdue/ missing record report for trends and historical data to command.
Register new patients, creating electronic medical records, inputs patient information, edits allergy information, prints embossed cards and prepares thermal barcode labels for each record.
Resolve patient complaints of an administrative nature, referring complaints to appropriate level when discussion fails.
