Are you a Preconstruction Manager with commercial construction or renewable energy experience looking to take technical ownership of complex solar and energy infrastructure projects while progressing into a senior leadership position?

On offer is the opportunity to lead the entire preconstruction process on cutting-edge commercial solar, battery storage and power delivery projects, becoming the technical lead for project development while working within a rapidly growing renewable energy organization offering genuine long-term progression.

This established renewable energy contractor and developer delivers turnkey commercial solar, power delivery and energy management projects from concept through construction and long-term maintenance. As part of a growing group of specialist businesses, you'll have exposure to multiple sectors and outstanding opportunities for career progression across the wider organization.

On offer is a highly autonomous position where you'll lead project development from concept through handover to construction. You'll coordinate engineers, subcontractors, customers and vendors, oversee design development, budgeting and estimating, conduct constructability reviews and play a key role in securing and delivering major renewable energy projects.

This role would suit a Preconstruction Manager, Preconstruction Engineer, Project Development Manager, Estimating Manager or Senior Estimator looking to take the technical lead on industry-leading renewable energy projects while progressing into senior leadership.

The Role

• Lead preconstruction activities from project development through construction handover
• Develop budgets, estimates, bid packages, schedules and constructability reviews
• Coordinate design teams, engineers, subcontractors and customers throughout project development
• Support commercial solar, battery storage and electrical infrastructure projects from concept to execution

The Candidate

• Proven experience within preconstruction, construction development or project development
• Experience within commercial construction, renewable energy, electrical infrastructure or general contracting
• Knowledge of estimating, design coordination, subcontractor management and project lifecycle
