Non CDL Shuttle Driver Charleston Int'l Airport ( Overnight shifts )

Overview Position: Non CDL Shuttle Driver Location: Charleston International Airport Address: 5500 International Blvd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am Pay rate: $17/hr Note: This position requires DOT Physical and DOT Drug Test at no cost to the applicant. Responsibilities Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; assist with loading and unloading luggage as required Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment; report safety issues immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead Transport passengers via a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shuttle at all times Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns Provide excellent customer service; respond to guest inquiries and give directions as needed Be aware of potential passengers and assist guests seeking help Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates Occasionally lift and carry luggage or personal items up to 50 lbs All other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 18 years of age Previous commercial driving experience is preferred but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to verbally communicate with guests Operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot coordination Enter and exit the vehicle frequently and sit for extended periods Benefits Generous Paid Time Off: 10 days of PTO plus 8 paid holidays Comprehensive Health Plans: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family Life and Disability Insurance: Company-paid basic life and Short-Term Disability with additional options 401(k) Plan: Generous employer match with immediate vesting Employee Assistance Program: Behavioral health care for you and your family Parental and Caregiver Leave United States - California applicants: The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act and applicable local ordinances.
