As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:Painting Work: Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting throughout the facilityPlumbing Tasks: Install and repair plumbing fixtures, piping, and related componentsCarpentry Skills: Complete rough and finish carpentry projects, including remodeling and repairsElectrical Duties: Install circuits, fixtures, and equipment and monitor fire and security systemsMasonry Work: Mix and place concrete, repair masonry, and perform related structural tasksHVAC Support: Service and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systemsInterested in learning more? Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Qualifications Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orFour years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.Special Requirement:You must be in possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.Additional Requirement:You must be able to perform essential job functions.Legal Requirement:A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
