Accounting Operations Manager Salary: $150,000 – $200,000+ (flexible for top candidates) Bonus: Negotiable Location: Fully Remote (must be based in the Indianapolis area) Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in a multi-entity, small business, or family office environment
- Proven track record of implementing internal controls and process improvements
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Experience with well-known or large organizations highly valued
