Human Resources Generalist

The CAM Collective

The CAM Collective is seeking an HR Generalist to own HR administration for a population of roughly 100–115 employees across internal and service member companies. You will be the primary Rippling administrator, own benefits end-to-end, keep the compliance calendar on track, and process onboarding, terminations, and employee changes that move through the system. You will partner with Finance on payroll and audit coordination, support HR across service MCs, and explore AI-driven automations to #J-18808-Ljbffr
