Barney Brothers Off Road & Repair has been a trusted name in automotive repair and off-road performance in Grand Junction since 2003. We are looking to add an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to our team.

Our shop works on everything from daily drivers and family vehicles to Jeep builds, suspension systems, and drivetrain repairs. A typical day could include vehicle diagnostics, suspension lift installations, brake repairs, or ring and pinion setups.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair drivability and mechanical issues

Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance

Install suspension lifts and off-road components

Perform drivetrain and ring & pinion work

Complete digital inspections using Tekmetric tablets

Maintain a clean, organized work environment

Deliver high-quality repairs with minimal comebacks

Qualifications

5+ years professional automotive repair experience

ASE Certifications preferred (Master Technician a plus)

Strong diagnostic skills

Experience working on multiple makes and models

Basic welding skills preferred

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently
