Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/05/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 48 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Title: Registered Nurse – ICU (LTACH) \n Location: Columbia, SC 29201 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 4x12s \n \n Requirements:\n \n 2 years of ICU experience required \n Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the unit \n LTACH/LTAC experience preferred \n Neuro experience required \n BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required \n 1 year of Epic experience required \n Previous charge experience preferred \n No travel experience required \n Must be willing to float between ICU and Med-Surg \n Every other weekend coverage \n Adult and geriatric patient population \n Description:\n \n 12-bed LTACH ICU within a 35-bed Med-Surg unit \n Staff may work in both ICU and Med-Surg \n Patient population includes ventilator weaning, wound care, spinal cord injuries, tracheostomy and PEG patients \n Provide care for critically ill adult and geriatric patients in an LTACH setting \n Manage complex ICU conditions including respiratory, neurological, cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disorders \n Perform cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, central/arterial line care, ventilator management, and medication titration \n Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services, and other support teams \n \n \n 3454262 P About Talent4Health\n \n A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
