DISHWASHER / UTILITY: Nothing Bundt Cakes Buford We are hiring immediately for a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member at our Buford, GA bakery. The ideal candidate has daytime availability Monday through Friday from 10 am–6 pm. Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement What’s in it for you Competitive pay and growth opportunities Employee discount Flexible schedule Responsibilities Wash dishes from the baking and frosting department Clean the bakery area, including floors, walls, bathrooms, shelves, etc. Help fold boxes, label containers, and assist other departments during downtime Abide by all Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and uphold the brand image Manually wash, rinse and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adhere to NBC standards Monitor sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines Gather and remove garbage, sweep and mop floors, and clean floor drains Perform routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathrooms Clean, sanitize and restock the workstation and ensure all cleaning supplies are prepared for the next shift Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is required Assist in unloading, processing and storing weekly supply deliveries Support other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NBC policies and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record Qualifications Must be 18 or older to apply Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently Previous experience as a dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant or foodservice environment is a plus Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods of time Work Availability Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands. Compensation: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour.
