Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days (0800-1630)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence.
- Provide services in acute and swing bed rehab, as well as outpatient therapy.
- Deliver care in various specialty areas including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and balance rehabilitation.
- Collaborate within a supportive therapy environment to enhance patient recovery and outcomes.
