Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities - Supporting the design, coding, testing, and shipping features across the full stack: the React UI, API routes, and the database behind them - Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance - Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences - Collaborating with team members to address client challenges and deliver quality work - Applying knowledge of software development methodologies to improve project outcomes - Utilizing programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript and React Native for application development - Engaging in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve software issues efficiently - Participating in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality - Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software deployment - Gathering and analyzing business requirements to inform software design and development - Building a personal brand by consistently delivering value and taking ownership of tasks What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Excelling in API Management and Application Development - Demonstrating proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (for example, GitHub Actions), and some exposure to a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Utilizing JavaScript (JS) and React Native or Typescript for software solutions - Applying Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles effectively - Developing skills in Enterprise Application Architecture - Engaging in Business Process Improvement initiatives - Adapting to diverse client needs and project scopes Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
