Sales Operations Analyst

Driving sales efficiency in a full-time remote role, the Sales Operations Analyst will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop processes that enable the sales team to operate more effectively. Key Responsibilities Dive into sales data to optimize pipeline velocity and create actionable dashboards and reports for leadership Own sales KPIs and build adaptable forecasting models to support data-informed decision-making Audit and optimize the sales tech stack, ensuring effective tool adoption and creating user-friendly documentation Required Qualifications Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for data analysis Understanding of sales processes, including pipeline management and forecasting Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving and project execution Experience presenting data insights to executives and collaborating with sales teams Familiarity with financial services or crypto-related concepts is preferred
