Position: Warehouse Operations Associate
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

In this role, you'll help keep warehouse operations running efficiently by receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products in a temperature-controlled environment. You'll work with inventory, warehouse equipment, and food safety procedures while helping ensure products are delivered accurately and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, and rotate products while following FIFO inventory procedures
• Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards while maintaining a clean work environment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts, product labeling, scanning, and warehouse documentation

Shift/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  7:00am - 4:00pm
  OR
  8:00am - 5:00pm
  (Schedule may vary based on business needs)

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience and certification preferred
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (35°F and below)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow food safety procedures
