Corporate Tax Senior Manager Location: Hertford Sector: Corporate Tax, Tax, Advisory, Mixed Tax Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum Start date: 2026-07-01 Expiry date: 2026-08-13 Published 3 days ago Description Our client is looking for an experienced ACA & or CTA qualified Corporate Tax Planning/Advisory Specialist at Manager or Senior Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. It is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients. Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for day‑to‑day running of a team. Grow business for the Corporate Tax offering. Work closely with other Partners and shape team growth strategy. Deliver high standard professional work to a varied portfolio of clients. Provide technical backup to partners. Qualifications Experience as ACA or CTA qualified Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager. Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues, including R&D credits, patent box, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit and succession planning, transfer pricing and other cross‑border taxes. Extensive experience managing a team. Commercially minded and confident dealing with entrepreneurial clients.
