Job Type:
Part-Time (15–20 hours per week), Remote with Local Travel. The employee will work remotely from their home and travel throughout the assigned territory to visit prospects and customers.

Territory:

Fargo, North Dakota; Moorhead, Minnesota; Minneapolis–Saint Paul Metro; additional surrounding areas as assigned.

Role Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, and helping grow HOA Connect Hub by acquiring new HOA management companies, apartment management companies, and property management customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.

• Visit local HOA, apartment and property management companies.

• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.

• Qualify prospects and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

• Update CRM after every customer interaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads.

• Gather customer feedback and competitor information.

• Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports.

Preferred Experience: Experience selling SaaS, PropTech, HOA software, property management software, apartment management software, real estate technology or other B2B software solutions.

Performance Expectations (First 90 Days):

• Complete product training.

• Build a target list of prospects.

• 300+ outbound calls.

• 50+ in-person company visits.

• 20+ qualified demos.

• Maintain CRM accuracy.

• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and work toward first customer acquisitions.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $1,500/month.

Commission: 5% of the first year's subscription revenue for each new annual subscription customer after payment is received.

Work Arrangement:

HOA Connect Hub is a remote-first company operating with a virtual office. Daily work is performed remotely with regular travel to customer locations within the assigned territory.
