Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we're looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
• Clinical background in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings (school-based experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Openness to learning and growth, with a collaborative mindset
• Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CFY) experience or those seeking mentorship are especially encouraged to apply
• SLPAs and Clinical Fellows welcome to submit interest for potential future needs

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy for students with mild to moderate needs in an inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and create targeted treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and keep thorough student records
• Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive learning atmosphere
