Travel Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab - $2,414 per week

Overview Travel Physical Therapist assignment located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hour days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year clinical experience. Current state license as Registered Physical Therapist (or actively in the process of licensing). Current CPR certification. Additional requirements as determined by client facility. Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment and treatment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. The role includes: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, documenting condition and progress. Design and implement individualized therapy programs in collaboration with physicians. Set realistic goals, monitor results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises and modalities. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and restrictions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate and achieve patient goals. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
