Role: District Manager leading sales team for Arrowhead's cardiometabolic RNAi therapies, including Plozasiran, focusing on cardiovascular conditions Responsibilities: recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales reps manage district sales targets, performance metrics, and forecasting execute territory planning and optimize HCP engagement collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners ensure compliance and operational excellence oversee budgets and lead extensive field travel (~70%) Requirements: 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience prior field leadership or mentoring preferred therapeutic experience in cardiovascular, rare, or specialty diseases desirable proven coaching and team development skills HighValue: launch environment high-growth franchise cardiovascular and rare disease focus RNAi modalities field leadership compliance WorkSetup: extensive travel (~70%) in-field coaching regional and national engagements #J-18808-Ljbffr
