We're looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner who excels in employee relations and enjoys partnering with leaders to build strong teams, navigate complex workplace situations, and foster a positive employee experience. If you're a trusted HR advisor who enjoys coaching leaders, conducting investigations, resolving employee concerns, and driving sound people practices, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
• Conduct and manage employee relations investigations from intake through resolution
• Partner with leaders on corrective action, performance improvement, and conflict resolution
• Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
• Support leave administration and employee accommodation processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Human Resources or related field) strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant employee relations responsibility
• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee issues
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

• This position is Fully On-Site in Beaverton, OR, with frequent visits to communities
