Alignment TechnicianHeavy Duty Tire, LLC is a family owned and operated Commercial Tire Facility providing sales and service throughout the country with its headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Fl.We are seeking a skilled and dependable Alignment Technician to join our automotive service team at our Corporate location in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have experience performing wheel alignments, suspension inspections, and steering system diagnostics on passenger cars and light trucks.ResponsibilitiesPerform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments on passenger and light truck vehiclesInspect suspension, steering, and tire components for wear or damageDiagnose alignment and drivability issuesAdjust camber, caster, and toe settings to manufacturer specificationsRecommend necessary repairs related to suspension and steering systemsMaintain alignment equipment and keep work area clean and organizedTest drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairsFollow all shop safety procedures and company standardsQualificationsPrevious experience as an alignment technician or automotive technician preferredKnowledge of suspension and steering systemsAbility to operate alignment machines and related equipmentStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environmentASE certification is a plus, but not requiredEnglish/ Spanish speakingWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth and dental benefits401k (3% employer contribution independent of employee elections)Paid time off and holidaysOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesModern equipment and supportive team environmentIf you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working in the automotive industry, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today to join our team.
