Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical histories
• Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback
• Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and expected outcomes
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist License in Washington State
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Compensation

Salary range: $85,000 - $103,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Additional compensation opportunities are available for certifications and location differentials.
